Shipping and Returns

1. Deliveries should arrive within the time limit of the shipping option you choose when the item is in stock. Please allow an additional 3-4 days when item is out of stock.
2. We do not ship to international customers
3. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for weekend orders.
4. We ship via UPS, USPS, or Fedex Ground (please call for FedEx deliveries), please allow 1-7 business days to delivery depending on the shipping option you choose.

Return and Cancel Policy

1. Only defective products can be returned within 30 days of your shipping date. No refunds are available for defective products. Defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
2. Opened Products charge 15% restocking fee and can only be exchanged for a new one. No refunds are available for opened products.
3. Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials
4. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
5. Mysticinsight.net reserves the right to restrict returns of opened and defective products if we expect that the buyer abused the product.
6. You may cancel an order before your order is updated to shipped status, call 1-888-669-7842. Check status here.
7. Customers will be responsible for a 20% Returns Processing Charge for refused orders in addition to all freight charges. No future orders will be shipped until this charge is paid.
